Hindustani classical vocals

From the age of five, I embarked on my journey in Hindustani classical vocals, a passion that I continue to pursue.

I have also received the achievement of a Grade 3 certification with distinction.

I have had the privilege of performing at various events, including school functions and cultural gatherings within my community.

Public speaking

I began my public speaking journey at the age of 11 and till date I continue it. I have received a distinction in Grade 8 Trinity communications skills and even scored a 96% in the Grade 4 Trining communication skills examination.

I now participate in MUN's and other debate competitions around my city.

Robotics club

My love for technology sparked when I first dived into coding and building circuits, and it’s been growing ever since. Driven by the desire to share this passion, I co -founded our school’s Robotics Club

I focused on the software aspect and taught 30+ students during this duration. 

We focused on concepts such as:

  1. Basic electronic components such as LEDs, resistors and sensors.

  2. Sensors involve the implementation of various types such as - ultrasonic, temperature and light.

  3. Basic programming languages such as python and C++ (for Arduino).

  4. Use of CAD for designing your robots.

Head writing editor - school science journal

I was one out of three people selected as head editors for my school's first ever science journal publication.

I edited 20+ articles and the title of our publication was "Patterns and Symmetry" in science.

Head Editor - Pandeteens

I was began as a writer for Pandeteens and then got promoted to be the head editor. The picture on the left is the post for one of my articles that I published on the site. The article was titled "Space".

Book Blog - Aarna's Reading Guide

I have read over 200 books in the last 4 years. I decided to create a fun and engaging blog that gives recommendations that are fun and specially curated to a particular instance - for example, "books for a plane ride".
